Our History

The name "McGee Brothers" comes from reality. There were six brothers in the McGee family, all of whom were raised on the Carriker Road farm in Union County, North Carolina. The farm instilled a strong work ethic in the McGee siblings, which has been a cornerstone of our business ever since. In 1971, Sam McGee and his brother Don started the company, with the understanding that the entire family would be welcome to participate. Over the years, the McGee family has faced many challenges, including the loss of loved ones, but through it all, they have remained a close-knit family and have continued to grow and expand the business.

Our Services

At McGee Brothers, we specialize in all types of construction services, including residential and commercial masonry, outdoor living, concrete finishing (flat work), poured walls, and grading. We also have our own concrete plant based out of Midland, North Carolina. With over 125 crews and over 700 employees company-wide, we are the largest residential masonry company in the United States. We have extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality masonry services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
