Who We Are

At Maine Strong Balance Centers, we are a group of outpatient physical therapy clinics that specialize in neurologic, geriatric, and vestibular rehabilitation. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals tackle everyday challenges and achieve their goals. • Balance Physical Therapy: We specialize in treating individuals with balance disorders, including those with vestibular disorders, concussion, and dizziness.
• Neurologic Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists have extensive experience in treating patients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
• Limb Loss Physical Therapy: We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals with amputations, including prosthetic training and education.
• Vestibular Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists are experts in treating patients with inner ear disorders, vertigo, and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
• Geriatric Physical Therapy: We provide specialized care for older adults, focusing on fall prevention, mobility, and functional independence.
• Oncologic Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists work closely with cancer patients to develop a customized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.
• Aquatic Physical Therapy: We offer aquatic physical therapy services, which can help patients with injuries or disabilities improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion while reducing pain and stress.
• General Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists provide comprehensive care for individuals with a range of conditions, from orthopedic injuries to chronic pain.

We accept all major insurances, including Medicare, Martin's Point Plans, MaineCare, United HealthCare, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, and Community Health Options. We are happy to answer any questions about your insurance and will work with you to ensure that you receive the care you need.
