Bases Loaded Baseball & Softball Academy

Bases Loaded Baseball and Softball Academy was established in 2010 by former MLB player, Jim Neidlinger. Over the years, we have grown exponentially and have become one of the top 25 training facilities in the United States. Our success is a testament to the hard work of our players and the vast knowledge of our instructors. We are proud to have served hundreds of families and players, from Little League to NCAA Division I Baseball, as Vermont's leading baseball and softball instructional facility.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive training program that focuses on the development of each player's skills, both technically and mentally. We believe that every player has the potential to excel, and our goal is to help them achieve their full potential. Our instructors are experienced, professional, and motivated, with a deep understanding of the game and a passion for teaching.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are the backbone of our academy. Jim Neidlinger, our founder and owner, has a rich professional baseball background, having played in the MLB and coached at various levels. Bobby Acabbo, our lead instructor, is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has a strong background in catching and hitting. Tim Albertson, another lead instructor, has coaching experience at the high school level and has won a state championship. Our instructors are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and expertise to make every student-athlete better.

Achievements

We have received numerous accolades, including being named one of the top 25 training facilities in the United States and receiving a Best of Williston business award. Our student-athletes have achieved great success, from Little League to NCAA Division I Baseball. We are proud of our achievements and continue to strive for excellence.
