Are you open for emergency services outside regular hours?
Emergency care is only available during regular business hours. Contact Animal Emergency and Specialty Center at (865) 693-4440 after hours.
Do you require exams before administering vaccines?
Yes, we perform a health assessment before vaccinations to ensure your pet is healthy enough to receive them safely.
What exotic animals do you treat?
We care for rabbits, ferrets, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, and reptiles including snakes and lizards.
Can you spay/neuter exotic pets?
We offer neutering for male rabbits, rats, and sugar gliders but don't perform spay procedures on female exotics.
What should I bring for pet boarding?
Bring your pet's regular food and any preferred toys or blankets. All vaccines including rabies and bordetella must be current for boarding.
How do online pharmacy medications compare to yours?
