Simi Pacific Building Materials is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing high-quality building materials to residential and commercial customers in Ventura County, Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara County, and San Luis Obispo County since 1962. Our Story

Prior to starting in the building materials business, my father was a masonry and concrete contractor, and I worked for him. In 1981, we started selling block and brick on the front lot of our property, and that marked the beginning of Pacific Building Materials. After a series of moves and challenges, we finally settled in Simi Valley in 1986 and renamed the company Simi Pacific Building Materials. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our business, with my sons Anthony and Vince joining the company in 1993 and 2006, respectively.
