At M.A. Conley Construction, we are proud to have a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. Our owner and builder, Mike Conley, is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 50 years of combined construction experience. Mike's extensive background in construction management, coupled with his experience in the United States Navy, has equipped him with the knowledge and skills to tackle even the most complex projects.

Meet Mike Conley

Mike's journey began in central Kentucky, where he met his lifelong love, Lisa. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mike spent 20 years in the United States Navy, earning his Master's degree from Georgia Tech University and becoming a Registered Professional Engineer. His experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects, combined with his naval service, has given Mike a unique perspective on construction management. As the owner of M.A. Conley Construction, Mike is dedicated to delivering only the best results, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality.

Meet Cory Conley

Cory Conley, Mike's younger son, is an essential part of our operation. As Operations Manager, Cory brings a new level of professionalism to M.A. Conley Construction. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Applied Engineering from the same institution, Cory has earned a reputation for his exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. As onsite project manager, Cory ensures that our projects are completed safely and efficiently, while also assisting in the assembly of project estimates and takeoff.

Meet Cody Conley

Cody Conley, Mike and Lisa's older son, is a talented Designer and Estimator. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Kentucky and a Master's degree in Applied Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University, Cody has developed a strong understanding of construction management and design. As a skilled project manager, Cody oversees various aspects of our projects, from drawing plans to finish selection, and serves as the client point of contact throughout the construction process.

Meet Justin Howe

Justin Howe, our Project Manager, has been with M.A. Conley Construction for five years. With a background in carpentry and masonry, Justin has gained extensive experience in various aspects of construction. As an Assistant Project Manager, Justin ensures that our builds are completed on schedule, with quality and efficiency. His expertise in working with subcontractors has been instrumental in the success of our projects.
