Meet Our Doctors

Our team of experienced doctors, including Jitendra Patel, MD, and Palak Patel, MD, are dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional care and compassion. Dr. Patel is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, and has been practicing in the Brookings community since 1987. Dr. Palak Patel is a board certified internist who grew up in Brookings, Oregon, and completed her medical education at Oregon Health and Sciences University.
