Meet Our Providers

Dr. Terry Melvin is a board-certified Geriatric Medicine Specialist who has over 37 years of experience in the field of primary care and geriatric medicine. She is also a Certified Medical Director for Hospices and a Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (FAAHPM).

Shenandoah Hobbs is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. She is trained in assessing and treating a variety of acute and chronic ailments and has a passion for patient education.

Alexandra Mullin is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 5 years of experience in family and geriatric medicine. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care that caters to each patient's unique needs.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on weekends.
