Community Literacy Lab is an education non-profit organization based in Sumter, South Carolina. We're passionate about empowering students of all ages to reach their full potential and embrace a love of learning. We offer a diverse range of services designed to address the individual needs of every student.

Our Mission

Our mission is to tackle the challenges of limited resources, achievement gaps, and opportunity gaps in education through:

• Accessible and affordable tutoring: We provide one-on-one tutoring for elementary, middle, and high school students, focusing on personalized learning plans and Orton Gillingham Instruction.
• Creative learning opportunities: Join our free weekly online clubs where you can explore interests such as business management, coding, cooking, and journaling.
• Supporting all learners: We offer specialized programs for homeschooling families and those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to quality education.
• Technology empowerment: Get personalized guidance on using computers, printers, scanners, cameras, and other technology tools.
