Brian Snell, the founder and principal attorney, brings a unique blend of legal expertise and military background to the practice. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Brian served as an Armor officer in Germany, Fort Bliss, TX, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq during the Persian Gulf War. His military service has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, which he applies to his legal practice. Brian's experience as a JAG Corps officer in the Reserves and National Guard further enhances his understanding of the legal system.
Throughout his career, Brian has received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including two Meritorious Service Medals and the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
