Our husband-and-wife team, Ben and Heather Woodbury, have dedicated their lives to creating a bakery that serves the local community and visitors to Nantucket with wholesome, natural food made from scratch. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Ben, our executive chef, has mastered the art of rustic European breads and baked goods. Heather, our General Manager, brings 15 years of restaurant experience to the table, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service.
