Established in 1967 as Gilscot Forwarding Company by Helen Guillot-Scott, the company has come a long way under the leadership of her nephew, Keith Guidroz, Sr. In 1995, the company was rechristened as Gilscot-Guidroz International Company, Inc., reflecting its growing stature and expanding operations.
