Our Story & Team

Trinity Construction Management is a company born out of crisis. Founded in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, the company has grown to become one of the most trusted and admired in its field. The crisis served as a catalyst for the start of the company, pushing its founders to adapt and find new opportunities in the construction industry.

Pam and her husband Mark, who owned Construction Specialities International, a manufacturers rep firm for Division 10 specialties, made the decision to start installing the products they sold in order to keep the doors open. After their first project, it became clear that there was a lack of companies handling installation and they were good at it. This led to the birth of Trinity Construction Management.

In 2006, after the passing of her husband, Pam persevered and kept the company moving forward. A friend with over 30 years of experience in the glazing business, Scott Ward, offered to help and added glass and curtain wall installation to Trinity's line up. This established Trinity's current product and services trifecta - glazing, specialties, and architectural metals.

As a child, Pam loved to put puzzles together, and today she continues that passion by solving the puzzle of our customer's problems day in and day out.
