Founded in 1999 by Brian V. Woods, P.E., Grading & Drainage Engineers, Inc. is built on a foundation of unwavering dedication to our clients, our craft, and our community. Brian, a graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, brings over two decades of experience gained through both his private sector engineering career and his service as an active duty and reserve officer in the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering career field.

This unique blend of professional and military experience has instilled in Brian a deep understanding of leadership, project management, and the importance of meticulous attention to detail.
