Over the years, he honed his skills through internships and apprenticeships in cabinet shops, eventually turning his passion into a career.

Lee's vision for RLS Woodwork LLC was to provide high-quality custom woodwork at an affordable cost, while operating with honesty and integrity. He aimed to efficiently use resources and offer customers a direct line of communication. Since its inception in 2012, the company has focused on building quality solid wood doors, cabinetry, and furniture. Lee's first major design project was a writing desk at the age of 26, marking a significant milestone in his career as he transitioned from crafting other designs to implementing his own.
