We are excited to introduce HPI Inspection Services, our in-house complete home inspection service. Based in Enfield, Connecticut, HPI Inspection Services provides both Buyers Home Inspections and Sellers Home Inspections to the residents of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Our inspector, Michael Haertel, is a full-time Professional Home Inspector with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adheres to a strict guideline of codes and conduct as set forth by the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts. HPI Inspection Services offers a wealth of information on the subjects needed to be an informed and successful homeowner.
