Elemental Taekwondo

At Elemental Taekwondo, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive martial arts program that caters to students of all ages and abilities. Our main style is Taekwondo, specifically World Taekwondo or Olympic Taekwondo, following Kukkiwon standards. Alongside Taekwondo, we also teach the basics of boxing, grappling, and Hapkido. For our more advanced students, there are opportunities to train in a variety of weapons and defense against weapons. Our curriculum is designed to ensure a well-rounded education in martial arts, with a focus on discipline, physical fitness, and mental well-being.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are highly qualified and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Master Brett Starks, our Master Instructor and School Owner, has been training in Taekwondo for over 20 years and holds a 6th Dan Black Belt. Christy Starks, our Office Manager and Instructor, is a 3rd Dan and Certified Public Accountant. Marci Buffett, our Senior Instructor, is a 2nd Dan and runs our Tiny Tigers/Little Dragons program. Sara Buffett, another 2nd Dan Instructor, is an avid competitor and helps in almost every class. Each instructor brings their unique expertise and passion to the table, ensuring that every student receives personalized attention and guidance.

Class Schedule

We offer a variety of classes for different age groups and skill levels. Our schedule includes Tiny Tigers/Little Dragons classes for children aged 4-7, Kids Beginner and Intermediate classes for children aged 8-12, Family Class for all ages, Olympic Sparring for advanced students, Teens & Adults classes, Adults classes, and Open Gym sessions for all ranks and ages.
