Spectrum Property Management was established in San Diego in 1988, and since then, we have added immense value to an expansive portfolio of properties. Our team, led by Leslie Borges, has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and property management. Meet Our Team

• Leslie Borges, President: A certified public accountant (CPA), certified fraud examiner (CFE), certified property manager (CPM), licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and holder of current memberships in IREM and CREW.
• Deanna Bauer, Senior Commercial Property Manager: With over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential property management, Deanna oversees a large portfolio of office, industrial, mixed-use, and retail commercial properties throughout San Diego and Imperial County.
• Courtney Phung, Office Manager: With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, Courtney has been with Spectrum since 2013 and is responsible for accounts payable, tracking insurance for vendors and tenants, client relations, and customer service.
• Daria Ivantey, Property Accountant: With six years of accounting experience, Daria manages the daily financial operations of more than 30 properties, including cash management, financial analysis, and internal control functions.
• Bobbi Kuhlmann, Property Management Executive Assistant: With experience in customer relations, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns, Bobbi joined Spectrum in 2020 and is responsible for assisting the President and Commercial Property Managers.
