We have represented some of the largest and most respected companies in the country, including Union Pacific Railroad, Holt CAT, General Electric Credit, Western Auto, Michelin Tire, SYGMA, Transport International Pool (TIP), TexSan Heart Hospital/MedCath, and Hallmark Cards, to name a few.

Some notable examples include the development of a downtown hotel with a long-term ground lease for Marriott Riverwalk, an investment in Calluna Vineyard in Sonoma County, California, and the sale of Maquilladora Park on both sides of the border in McAllen, Texas. We have also developed and managed apartment communities throughout Texas, acquired properties for Holt CAT in Dallas, Texas, and invested in Waldos De Mexico Dollar Stores with over 200 locations in Mexico.

Positive Experiences
