Our Founding

Founded by Greg and Diane Rich in 1985, Rich-Way Landscape was born out of a dream to create a company that prioritizes the needs of its clients, employees, and the environment. Over the years, the company has expanded to include the next generation of the Rich family, Mike and Jennie Binkley, who continue to uphold the company's original vision and values.
