Reed-Hays Construction, LLC was founded in 2017 by Matthew Reed and Robert Hays, bringing together over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Matthew, with 14+ years in commercial construction, started his career in estimating and pre-construction, leading efforts on approximately $1 billion worth of awarded projects throughout the Southeastern US. He then transitioned to Vice President of Construction for a firm focusing on healthcare and government sectors before co-founding Reed-Hays Construction. Robert, with 11+ years of experience, began his career with a framing and drywall subcontractor, working on projects throughout the Southeast US. He later worked for an ENR Top 25 company, progressing from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent on multiple medical facilities across the US, and eventually became a Project Manager managing projects in the healthcare and government sectors.
