Simpson Construction Co. is a distinguished firm with a rich history that spans over 150 years. Established in Boston, MA in 1869, the company expanded to Chicago in 1884 and has since been engaged in general contracting work in various parts of the country. Our Chicago branch, which was first incorporated in Illinois in 1901, has played a crucial role in constructing public works contracts in and around the City of Chicago. The firm is currently being headed by the third and fourth generation of the same family, who have continuously managed it for the past 118 years.

Simpson Construction Co. has vast experience in constructing various public works contracts, having worked on projects such as schools, libraries, hospitals, pumping stations, electrical yards, park facilities, city halls, detention facilities, public works maintenance yards, swimming pools, and numerous interior renovations. We pride ourselves on performing rough and finish carpentry, hand demolition, and survey work with our own crews. Our headquarters in Bellwood, IL maintains a full warehouse and workshop, enabling us to efficiently cater to our clients' needs.

• Moraine Valley Community College, Bldg D, Palos Hills- 2000: We were involved in the construction of Building D at Moraine Valley Community College. The project involved constructing various facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, and offices.
• Public Safety Building, Winnetka- 1996: We were involved in the construction of the Public Safety Building in Winnetka. The project involved constructing a state-of-the-art facility that houses the police and fire departments.
