Founded by Annette Hladio, ALD, LLC has almost twenty years of professional experience in the lighting industry. Our president and founder is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certified in several locations, including Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York City, New York State, and Rhode Island.
