Our founder, Dr. William R. Waldron, graduated from The University of Rochester in 1970 and has been a member of the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association, Virginia Academy of Optometry, and the Tidewater Optometric Society for many years. Dr. David M. Buck joined the practice in 2017, carrying on the legacy of quality care and personal service that Peninsula Eye Care is known for. Dr. Kara Palmer and Dr. Elyse Bare bring their own unique skills and experience to the practice, ensuring our patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced eye care available.
