What vaccinations are required for pet boarding?
All pets must have veterinarian-administered vaccines at least 72 hours prior to boarding. Dogs require Rabies, DA2PP, and Bordatella. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. Exotics have no vaccination requirements.
How does the facility handle pets with special medical needs?
We accommodate pets with medical conditions requiring medication administration, special diets, and mobility assistance. Special needs guests require additional documentation including veterinary health letters and recent lab work for senior pets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Boarding check-in/check-out times are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm. Daycare hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Can I receive updates about my pet during their stay?

We don't allow automatic feeders, large crates, rawhide treats, or splintering chews. Bowls stay at home unless your pet requires special feeding accommodations like raised bowls or Bailey chairs.
