Technician Issues
Several reviews highlight issues with the technicians' attitude and skill. Safrin Momin had a rough experience with Loren, who was rough when cutting her toenails and barely touched her feet during the massage. Vilasita Mohan had a rude technician who not only did not give her the exact nail color she wanted but also claimed she had cut her own toenails before getting a pedicure. Mayson Gladden had similar issues with Lo Anne, who argued with her about a coupon and was extremely rude. Saba Aal Ghani had a technician who was in a hurry and did not do a satisfactory job.
Quality of Service
Many reviews mention issues with the quality of service. Safrin Momin and Vilasita Mohan both felt that their pedicures were not relaxing or enjoyable. Mayson Gladden's experience with the salon was so bad that she would not have given them any stars if she could. Saba Aal Ghani was unhappy with the end result of her manicure.
