Thai Yoga Massage
We are thrilled to offer Thai Yoga Massage, an ancient practice designed to bring the body's energy centers (Chakras) into alignment, promoting relaxation, meditation, and overall wellness. This unique treatment combines yoga and massage techniques to create a truly holistic experience.

About Matt Brooks
Matt Brooks is a registered yoga teacher, E-RYT200, with the Yoga Alliance. He has undergone extensive training in various yoga styles, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. With a passion for spreading the gift of yoga, Matt has taught at The Yoga Studio in Indianapolis and is currently enrolled in an advanced RYT500 program. He is also an active member of the yoga community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Indy Yoga Movement.
