The Grape & Ale was initially established in 2008, and in 2021, Joe and Des took over the reins with a vision to solidify the business as Brunswick County's premier destination for fine wines and ales. Our mission is to provide unparalleled customer service and bring you an ever-evolving selection of wines and ales from around the world. We are proud of the reputation we have built in the Oak Island and Southport area, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience to all our clients. Our inventory includes popular, frequently requested wines, as well as an ever-changing array of new options from various regions and varietals. Clients can purchase wines or enjoy them by the glass in our welcoming setting. • Craft Beer: We offer an extensive and continuously updated selection of craft beers on tap and in singles, six-packs, and four-packs. From kolsch to stouts and everything in between, we have carefully curated a well-rounded offering to appeal to every palate. Join us for regular tastings, and enjoy the unique flavors and craftsmanship of the best local and international breweries.

• Gift Baskets & More: At The Grape & Ale, we understand that gifting wine and beer can mean much more than just selecting a great product. That's why we offer customized wine and beer gifts, as well as personalized, beautifully designed gift baskets for any occasion. Simply place a call to discuss the details - we'll work with you to build the perfect basket, and you can even include your choice of wine or beer.

Wine and Beer Club

Our exclusive Wine and Beer Clubs enable clients to discover new varietals, flavors, and breweries, all while enjoying a range of valuable benefits:

• *Wine Club*: Each month, members will be the first customers to taste (and take home) two carefully selected wines from around the world. Members will receive a 15% discount on all wine purchases daily, free wine tastings every Friday, and an additional 25% off all tasting wines every Friday and Saturday. Annual members will also be invited to our exclusive appreciation event.

• *Beer Club*: Each month, members will receive four 16 oz cans of specially selected craft beers, and enjoy a 15% discount on all beer purchases daily. Members will have free beer tastings every Thursday, combined with regular updates about upcoming releases and featured breweries.
