At Simmons Disposal, we are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the communities of scenic North Central Idaho since 1958. Our mission is to provide exceptional waste management services to our residents and businesses, while also promoting a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Our History

Our story began when our founder, Don Simmons, started the business in 1958, servicing the city of Kamiah. Over the years, we expanded to Kooskia and Stites, and later added Orofino to our service area. In 2013, Robert and Sheila Simmons took over the family business, bringing their expertise and passion for waste management to the helm. Today, we continue to grow and adapt to the needs of our customers, while remaining committed to our core values.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including:

• Residential Garbage Pickup: Our customers have two options for residential garbage pickup - using their own 32-gallon garbage cans or renting one of our 96-gallon carts.
• Commercial Garbage Pickup: We provide customized waste management solutions for businesses, including dumpster rentals and recycling programs.
• Transfer Station: Our transfer station is open seven days a week, accepting loads of household waste and recycling materials from local residents and businesses.
• Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals: We offer a range of roll-off dumpster sizes for construction, demolition, and yard cleanup projects.
• Document Shredding: Our secure document shredding services ensure that confidential documents are destroyed quickly and efficiently.
• Recycling: We partner with Idaho County Recycling to provide recycling programs and education to our customers.

Other Services

In addition to our core services, we also offer:

• Yard Waste Collection: All yard waste must be taken to our transfer station.
• Dumpster Rentals: We have a range of dumpster sizes available for rent, including 2-yard, 3-yard, 4-yard, 6-yard, 20-yard, and 40-yard dumpsters.
• Cart Rentals: We offer 96-gallon cart rentals for residential customers.
