At Esthetic Dental Designs, we pride ourselves on being a local Hawaii dental laboratory and education center. Our president, Adriane Alfonso, has extensive experience in the dental industry, starting as a model tech in 1998 and progressing to become an advocate for CAD/CAM technology, trainer, and beta tester for various dental companies.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including digital impressions, 3D printing, and a variety of products such as zirconia, IPS e.max Lithium Disilicate, and full contour gold restorations. Our capabilities include accepting scans from major manufacturers, printing models and surgical guides, and working with major implant companies. We are dedicated to staying current with technological advances and providing the highest standards in efficiency and quality.
