AJS Photo Studio is a professional photography studio specializing in rustic, earthy, and timeless newborn, maternity, children, and family photography. Located in the heart of Clayton, North Carolina, we proudly serve the Southeast Raleigh area, including Garner, Cleveland, and many other surrounding communities.

Services Offered

At AJS Photo Studio, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients. Whether you are expecting a new addition to your family, celebrating a milestone with your children, or looking for a family portrait, we have you covered. Our services include:

• Newborn Photography: Our newborn photography sessions are designed to capture the beauty and innocence of your newborn baby. We offer a variety of customized setups, including wrapped and nakey posing, macro images, and floor props. We also include family, parent, and sibling images in our newborn sessions. Our newborn sessions are 3 hours long, giving us ample time to get a variety of shots and ensure that your baby is comfortable throughout the session.
• Maternity Photography: Our maternity photography sessions are designed to capture the beauty and excitement of pregnancy. We offer a variety of dresses and floral crowns to choose from, and we can make them based off the colors you're interested in. We understand that every pregnancy is unique, and we work closely with our clients to create a personalized experience.
• Children and Family Photography: Our children and family photography sessions are designed to capture the joy and love of your family. We offer a variety of setups, including outdoor and studio sessions, to ensure that your session is tailored to your family's personality and style.

The Studio

Our studio is located at 115 E. First St. Clayton, NC, above the First Street Tavern. We have a spacious and comfortable studio, equipped with various props, outfits, headbands, hats, and wraps. We have a changing table, bottle warmer, private nursing/changing area, and a comfy couch. We always keep wipes and diapers available for your use. During newborn sessions, we lightly diffuse an essential oil blend, play calming music, and keep the temperature to about 80° to ensure that your baby is warm, sleepy, and cozy.

Client Closet

At AJS Photo Studio, we offer a client closet with a variety of dresses for our maternity session packages. You can choose from one or more of these dresses based on the package you choose. We also have many floral crowns and can make them based off the colors you're interested in. Dresses are added to our closet frequently, and some may not be listed. Make sure to ask us if there's any dresses not shown here. If you do not see anything you like, we can give you a website to choose and rent a dress from another vendor for your session- there may be an additional fee for dress rental outside of our closet. Most dresses do not have much support and require a strapless bra. Nude colored undergarments work best.

Your Investment

Our newborn sessions start at $949 + tax and include a 3-hour session, up to five customized setups, family, parent, and sibling images, a private online gallery, 25 full resolution professionally edited images (more images available for purchase), as well as digital negatives of all images.
