At Maucieri's Italian Bistro, we take pride in serving authentic Italian cuisine rooted in generations of family tradition. Our story began in Chicago, where I learned the art of cooking from my mother, who learned from her own mother. After serving in the military, I relocated to Northern Minnesota and fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening Maucieris over 30 years ago. Today, my daughter Dawn manages daily operations, while my son Tony Jr. contributed to building our establishment. Our recipes, including my grandmother Angelina's secret gravy and handmade Italian sausage, remain unchanged since their origins in Abruzzi, Italy.We offer both dine-in and takeout options, including a deli with made-to-order pizzas, sandwiches, and frozen pastas.
