W.E. Williams Paving, Inc. was founded by Bill Williams in 1974, and soon became the first company in Western Massachusetts to use self-propelled driveway paving machines. Over the years, we have grown steadily, taking on larger projects such as municipal paving and excavations for subdivisions.
