Lee Real Estate & Auction Service has a rich history spanning over five decades, rooted in the values of integrity, transparency, and community. Founded in 1965 by Roger Lee, a dedicated individual who balanced his aspirations as an auctioneer with the demands of a full-time dairy farm, the company steadily grew through hard work and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Roger's journey began by collaborating with established auctioneers, diligently building his reputation and expertise. His dedication to the craft was further complemented by his service in the U.S. Navy, where he honed his leadership and resilience.

A Family Tradition

In 1994, Roger's sons, Travis and Chris, joined the family business, marking a significant milestone in Lee Real Estate & Auction Service's evolution. Both Travis and Chris pursued their passion for auctioneering by graduating from the renowned Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. The addition of their talent and energy propelled the company forward, solidifying its position as a trusted name in the industry.

Embracing the Future

The year 2015 saw the company relocate to a modern auction facility just south of Menomonie, Wisconsin. This strategic move provided a larger platform to showcase a diverse range of items for sale, attracting an even wider clientele. The dedication to growth continued with the addition of Trevor and Aaron Lee in 2020, the third generation of the Lee family to contribute to the company's legacy. Trevor, driven by his real estate passion, is well on his way to becoming a licensed auctioneer, while Aaron, a graduate of UW-Stout, is diligently pursuing his aspirations in both real estate and auctioneering.

Expanding Horizons

To meet the ever-evolving needs of its clients, Lee Real Estate & Auction Service invested in expansion in 2023, effectively doubling its indoor and outdoor storage space. This significant development allows the company to efficiently and securely display a wider array of items, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both buyers and sellers.
