Our Story

Founded in 2016, KLIK USA was established by President Patrick Hutchinson, a former US Marine with a background in welding engineering and experience in the illuminated handrail market. Our team includes some of the earliest adopters in the US illuminated handrail market, and our exclusive partnership with KLIK Systems showcases our dedication to unparalleled innovation and service. With a focus on research and quality control, our partner company has invested countless hours in delivering products that are both cutting-edge and beyond reproach.

Our leadership team consists of individuals with a strong passion for innovation, customer service, and community involvement. President Patrick Hutchinson, a proud husband and father of five, founded KLIK USA in 2016. With an Executive MBA from Marquette University, Patrick brings a wealth of experience in engineering and customer service to the table. Business Manager Stephanie Hutchinson, a Midwest transplant and native of the Washington DC area, has a background in business administration and leadership experience in various church and school activities.
