Our Team

Our leadership team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have a passion for delivering exceptional results. Our President and CEO, Fritz Budig, has a strong background in the construction industry, having worked in various roles, including superintendent, managing project managers and superintendents. Tim Helppi, our Vice President of Operations, brings over 20 years of experience in construction and supervision. Matt Rahm, our Site Superintendent / Carpenter, has over 35 years of construction experience, while Jeff Helppi, our other Site Superintendent / Carpenter, has over 12 years of experience in the field.
