Basic Components Inc. (BCI) was founded in May 1986 with a simple mission: to provide excellent service to the manufactured housing and modular housing industry. We have grown from a small 15,000 square-foot facility in Elm Mott, Texas to our current 80,000 square-foot facilities in Mansfield, Texas. Our national network of affiliates and representative warehouses allows us to supply materials to builders, contractors, do-it-yourself home project champions, and more across the country with regional distribution services.

We are dedicated to building and sustaining an environment where the customer's expectations are met or exceeded with the finest warehousing and delivery systems in the country. Our goal is to bring excellence into a nationally expanding role within the affordable housing market, and to influence a family-owned environment where both internal and external associates are enabled to be their absolute best.

Our Products

BCI offers a wide range of products for manufactured homes, RVs, motor homes, travel trailers, modular homes, multifamily homes, and commercial modular industries. These products include adhesives, cold process construction, drywall and panel, subfloor, caulk and sealants, exterior and interior products, mobile home flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl composition tile (VCT), roofing underlayment, and ventilation products like ridge vents and static vents.

Our adhesives, for example, are designed to provide strong bonds and durability in various applications. Our cold process construction products are ideal for new builds and renovation projects. We also offer a variety of drywall and panel products to meet different needs and preferences. Our subfloor materials are designed to provide a solid foundation for your flooring. For exterior and interior projects, we have a wide range of caulk and sealants to ensure a watertight seal. For mobile home flooring, we offer luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and vinyl composition tile (VCT) options that are both durable and stylish. Our roofing underlayment and ventilation products, including ridge vents and static vents, are designed to ensure your home remains safe and comfortable.
