Beltway Transportation is a full-service transportation company providing transportation for corporations, government, military, students, and travel groups. With over 30 years of experience in the Washington DC area, we specialize in convention shuttles, employee shuttle service, airport transfers, and social events. Our mission is to serve and satisfy our customers by improving the cost-effectiveness and quality of our service. Services

We offer a wide range of services including Private Charters, Corporate Transportation, Student Travel, Over-The-Road Charters, Convention Shuttle Services, Employee Shuttle Services, Airport Transfers, and Weddings. For corporate clients, we provide convention shuttles, employee shuttles, metro shuttles, event transportation, and executive services. We also offer local DC tours, including visits to government buildings and landmarks. For special occasions, we provide safe and convenient transportation for weddings, parties, family reunions, and other events. Additionally, we offer transport solutions for airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, sports team travel, school travel, and government services, including GSA contract and DOD approval.

Fleet

Our fleet includes brand-new motorcoaches, minibuses, and limobuses, all equipped with modern amenities such as seatbelts, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, CD/DVD players, and flat-screen monitors. Our motorcoaches can accommodate up to 56 passengers, while our minibuses and limobuses offer more intimate settings for smaller groups.

Rates

Our rates vary depending on the type of vehicle and the duration of the service. For motorcoaches, we charge a minimum of $1,125 for a 4-hour period, with an additional $225 per hour. Minibuses start at $700 for a 3-hour period, with an additional $175 per hour. Limobuses are priced at $1,375 for a 4-hour period, with an additional $275 per hour. A 5% fuel surcharge is added to all services, and driver gratuity is not included in the pricing.
