Our Services
We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, as well as group therapy and medication management. Our clinicians are experienced and highly trained in a wide spectrum of clients' needs. We provide these services both in our clinics and on-site at schools, nursing homes, and beyond.
Group Therapy
Our group therapy programs are specifically designed to help individuals cope with everyday stressors, manage grief and loss, and develop skills around mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. Our group therapy programs include:
- Stress Management: An 8-week group designed to help individuals develop effective ways to cope with everyday stressors.
- Grief Group: An 8-week group designed to help individuals cope with issues around loss.
- DBT Group: An 8-week group designed to help individuals gain skills around mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
Nursing Home Program
At DCS Mental Health, we understand the importance of providing comprehensive psychiatric services to nursing and rest home residents. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of these residents and improve their functioning to help maintain their overall well-being and dignity. We work closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure that treatment plans are tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We also offer family therapy for those experiencing conflicts or difficulties adjusting to a resident's illness or placement.
