At Birchtown Weddings & Events, we are passionate about providing unique and detailed experiences for all our clients. Our event venue is nestled in the beautiful rolling hillsides of Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, on a 50-acre property. We believe in stress-free client-tailored events, thoughtful guest experience, and lasting memories.

Our Services

We specialize in organizing and hosting various types of events such as weddings, celebrations, and horse events. Our team is dedicated to making your event memorable and stress-free. We offer a full-service package that includes creating seating chart displays and layouts, beautiful centerpieces, fully setting up and cleaning the venue, coordinating your guests, bar prep, and more. Our staff will be onsite for your entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Our private residence is available for tours by appointment only. We offer a climate-controlled indoor space with an interlocking floor that measures 70'x86'. We are pet-friendly and welcome all four-legged friends. For the year 2025, we have limited dates available in September and October, and these dates are already sold out. Catering & Restaurant Service

We offer on-site fully licensed catering and restaurant service. Our team, led by Karen Polednak, who has years of experience in the restaurant industry and has been the head chef for large horse events for the past 15 years, can customize a menu that fits your budget and preferences. We work closely with The Red Schoolhouse, a local restaurant that provides some of our entrees. We offer gluten-free, kid, and dietary menu options, and we use glass china, silverware, cloth napkins, charger plates, servers, and staff for all our events.

Our basic wedding meal menus start at $45.00 per person and include appetizers, two meats, one starch, one or two vegetables, ziti with sauce, garden salad with dressings, tax, and gratuity. All food pricing is separate from the venue cost. We also provide all non-alcoholic beverages for your guests, including soda, water, lemonade, iced tea, and lemon water, as well as ice for all drinks.

Venue Pricing

Our premium wedding package event is fully set up, decorated, coordinated, cleaned, and includes linens and more. The package is available for Thursday to Sunday rentals and costs $9,000 for up to 200 guests. Food pricing is separate from the venue cost and begins at $45.00 per person. The package includes a fully staffed event with a coordinator, bartender(s), servers, day before rehearsal access until 6:00 pm, a two-night bridal apartment stay with turndown service, a bridal suite and groomsmen lounge, white resin chairs with 72 round tables and linens, hightop cocktail tables, the entire venue for pictures with transportation, and ceremony sites with arbors, decorations, and setup.
