Our Services

We are the only Medicare-certified comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility in East Texas, and we take pride in our ability to provide a wide variety of services to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our services include Lymphedema Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Industrial Rehabilitation, Cardiopulmonary, and Aquatic Therapy, among others.
