At Metal Solutions, we are a premier CNC machine and fabrication job shop, dedicated to providing cost-effective, custom components to a wide range of industries. Our journey began in 2006, operating from a small 2,500 square-foot facility with a single CNC machine and one manual mill. However, through innovation, hard work, and a commitment to excellence, we have grown into a full-service manufacturer, now operating from a newly constructed 15,000-square-foot facility in Western Pennsylvania. Our growth is a testament to our dedication to quality, customer service, and the strong relationships we've built with our partners.

Our Capabilities

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our team of experienced machinists uses state-of-the-art CNC controlled vertical mills and lathes with live mill tooling and bar feed capabilities to produce complex parts. Additionally, we are a full-service fabricator with cutting, bending, and welding capabilities. Our shop support equipment ensures a turn-key manufacturing solution. We are also equipped with a 5-axis Techni Waterjet, capable of cutting up to 4 inches thick with a travel of 6' x 12'. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring that all our processes are designed to deliver defect-free parts on time and at a competitive price.

At Metal Solutions, quality is our number one priority. Our Total Quality Management system is designed to ensure that we provide defect-free parts, on time, and at a competitive price. We use a portable Quantum S (high accuracy) Faro Arm to perform 3D inspections and ensure part compliance. Our Quality Department is fully equipped with calibrated gauges and dimensional data sheets to ensure that every part meets our high standards. We are committed to continuous improvement and have a strong focus on lean manufacturing, which helps us minimize defects and provide the most value to our customers.
