At Still Pond Vineyard and Winery, we are proud to offer a unique and exceptional wine-tasting experience in the heart of Southwest Georgia. Our winery is located on a picturesque property surrounded by lush vineyards and a serene pond, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and indulgence.

Our History

Our story began over 45 years ago when Charles Cowart Sr. planted a few muscadines, a grape variety native to the South. Today, Still Pond Vineyard has grown to become one of the largest commercial vineyards in Georgia, with 19 different muscadine wines produced on-site. We control every part of the wine-making process, from growing the grapes to making the wine, in order to produce the highest quality muscadine wine available.

Our Services

We invite you to visit our winery and experience the beauty of our vineyards and processing facility. Take a stroll through our scenic property, enjoy a complimentary tasting of our award-winning wines, or take a tour of our winery and learn more about our wine-making process. If you are unable to visit us in person, you can also shop online and have our wines shipped directly to your doorstep.

We are proud to have received numerous awards and accolades for our wines, including bronze, silver, and gold medals from prestigious competitions such as the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, Florida State Fair International Wine Competition, and Indy International Wine Fest.

Our Tasting Room

Our Tasting Room is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, where you can taste our award-winning wines and learn more about our wine-making process. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to answer any questions you may have and help you find the perfect wine to suit your taste.
