Founded in 2011, SunShare is a pioneering company in the community solar industry. As the nation's oldest community solar company, our mission is to provide access to renewable energy solutions for everyone. We are dedicated to building and managing community solar gardens, which allow individuals and organizations to subscribe to a portion of the energy produced by these gardens. This innovative approach enables people to benefit from solar power without the need for installing panels on their own property.

What We Do

At SunShare, we offer turn-key solutions for creating a cleaner, brighter, and better planet. We develop, own, and maintain our community solar gardens for their entire lifetime. Our services include building solar and solar+storage projects on leased or purchased land from local farmers and landowners. We also manage subscribers who are interested in benefiting from solar power through these gardens.
