Interlock Paving Systems, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of interlocking concrete pavers since 1983. Based in Hampton, Virginia, we have a rich history of innovation and commitment to quality. Our story began on July 22, 1983, when we produced our first concrete paver. Since then, we have grown and expanded our product line to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We are proud to be a founding charter member of the Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute (ICPI) and have played a significant role in establishing the industry standards used today. Our expertise and experience have earned us a reputation for delivering high-quality pavers that meet and often exceed industry standards. Our product range includes a variety of colors, textures, and sizes for both pedestrian and vehicular uses, as well as special purposes involving environmental requirements and unique designs.

At Interlock, we understand the importance of sustainability and environmental stewardship. That's why we offer Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavers (PICP) which help in storm water management, water conservation, and achieving "zero impact" development. These pavers are designed to meet LEED certification criteria, and our staff is available to provide the necessary documentation to help you earn LEED credits.

Our mission is to provide factory direct quality pavers to contractors, homeowners, and government agencies. We strive to establish and maintain long-term relationships, educating designers, homeowners, and others on the proper use and installation of concrete pavers, including environmental applications.
