Founded in 2006, LB Civil Construction, Inc. is a certified small business and HUB Zone Contractor based in San Diego, California. We hold both A-General Engineering and B-General Building licenses in California and have a team of experienced professionals with deep knowledge and expertise in all phases of construction.

Our founders, who boast a combined 33 years of experience in large-scale heavy civil construction, established LB Civil with a vision of providing superior workmanship and exceeding client expectations.
