Over the years, the company has established a proven track record in developing, leasing, and managing quality projects across the Southeast. Our primary emphasis is on grocery and major retail-anchored shopping centers, as well as multi-use developments combining retail, office, and residential communities.

We are involved in all aspects of development, leasing, and property management. Our services include rezoning and entitlement, land use planning, transportation engineering, civil engineering, plan review, architectural design, construction management, project financing, and underwriting. Additionally, we offer shopping center market analysis, tenant marketing and prospecting, lease and LOI negotiation, lease agreement preparation, tenant improvement and move-in coordination, and property management services including service vendor and expense management, tenant lease administration, facility inspection and maintenance, financial accounting and operational reporting, and shopping center marketing.
