What are the vaccination requirements for pet services?
Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (every 6 months). Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. We have a 72-hour waiting period after vaccinations.
Do you offer webcam access for boarded pets?
Yes, some locations provide webcam access to kennels for an additional nightly fee. Contact your specific location for availability.
Can I tour the facility before my first visit?
Yes, we offer tours Monday-Friday 10am-1pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-1pm. We recommend leaving your pet at home during facility tours.
What exotic pets do you accept for lodging?
We accommodate birds, ferrets, hamsters, bearded dragons, and similar exotic pets. Please bring appropriate bedding materials and supplies for their specific needs.
How do I request services through the Parent Portal?
Log in to schedule appointments, upload vaccination records, or request services. Select your location, service type, and preferred time slots through the booking interface.
Do you groom cats at Pappys facilities?
Currently, we only offer grooming services for dogs at select locations. Our grooming technicians specialize in canine care and breed-specific requirements.
