About Southeast Rehabilitation Hospital

Southeast Rehab is a 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility that provides inpatient PT, OT, ST, RT, and rehabilitation nursing under the supervision of a rehabilitation MD. Our unique IRF level of care brings together different disciplines to ensure that a patient's goals are met, utilizing different techniques that build on the patient's strengths.
