Services
Pilates
Our Pilates program builds strength from the inside out, focusing on joint stability and body awareness. Using specialized equipment and mat work, we enhance posture, flexibility, and core strength through controlled movements. Clients learn proper biomechanics to prevent injuries while improving overall physical performance and body alignment.
Functional Manual Therapy
This physical therapy approach combines hands-on treatment with movement re-education to address pain and mobility issues. Our therapists identify root causes of discomfort through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate manual techniques with functional exercises for lasting results.
Streaming Classes
Access live and on-demand movement classes from anywhere through our virtual platform. Choose from FLOW, ACTIVATE, or RESTORE formats featuring Pilates, GYROTONIC, and mobility workouts. Sessions range from 20-45 minutes with flexible subscription options for regular practice at home or while traveling.
Body IQ Assessment
This 60-minute initial evaluation examines posture, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns to create customized training plans. We identify strengths and weaknesses through practical tests, then develop targeted strategies combining different movement modalities to optimize each client's physical capabilities and goals.
In-Home Sessions
Our prenatal/postnatal care and injury recovery programs offer qualified instructors who provide personalized sessions at clients' homes. These services focus on safe movement during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rehabilitation following injuries or surgeries through tailored exercise programs in the client's familiar environment.

Do I need prior experience to start sessions?
No prior experience is required. Our Body IQ assessment helps determine appropriate starting points, with instructors qualified to work with all fitness levels from beginners to professional athletes.
How do virtual sessions work?
Virtual sessions use Zoom with pre-session instructions and equipment setup guidance. Instructors provide real-time feedback during workouts, with technical support available for connection issues.
What should I wear to classes?
Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows movement. Socks or bare feet are acceptable, but no shoes are allowed in the studio to maintain equipment hygiene and safety standards.
Can I get physical therapy without a doctor's referral?
New York State law allows direct access to physical therapy for 30 days or 10 visits. Some insurance plans may require physician referral for reimbursement, so check with your provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private sessions and equipment classes require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations incur full charges, with $15 fees for unlimited package users. Mat classes have no cancellation fees.
